[PATCH] remove null-ilizers

The following patch removes a couple of null-ilizers of global variables.
Not a big deal, but every byte helps in the .data segment ;-)

fs/bio.c		diff \| blob \| history
init/main.c		diff \| blob \| history
kernel/cpu.c		diff \| blob \| history
mm/nommu.c		diff \| blob \| history

Linux kernels and configurations used by Zygo.
