[ARM PATCH] 1691/1: Fix IOP321 platform booting in 2.6

Patch from Dave Jiang

The fix allows IOP321 based platforms to boot all the way instead of
blank screen after "starting kernel...".  Inherited from Deepak's
earlier patch.
