 - qeth: Fix string parsing in notifier_register attribute function.
 - qeth: Add code for socket ioctl SIOC_QETH_GET_CARD_TYPE.
 - qeth: Fix debug log entry and buffer copy in qeth_snmp_command_cb.
 - qeth: Fix race on qeth_dbf_txt_buf.
