[PATCH] ppc64: wrap some stuff in __KERNEL__

- remove now unused kernel syscalls.
- wrap recently added defines in #ifdef __KERNEL__, fixes glibc
  compile issue
- some of our extra syscalls used asmlinkage, some did not. Make them
  consistent
