[PATCH] paride cleanup and fixes (11/25)

Equivalent transformation:
* new type - enum action.  phase functions return it now.
  run_fsm() looks at the result of phase() and does the
  corresponding action - next_request(), pi_do_claimed()
  or ps_set_intr().
