drm/amd/display: Rename hdmi_frl_borrow_mode

[Why&How]
Rename enum hdmi_frl_borrow_mode to HDMI_FRL_BORROW_MODE_* since the same
enum is already defined and used by dml2.

This resolves DKMS compilation fail.
