Subject: [PATCH] [WATCHDOG] alim7101_wdt.c patch2

changed watchdog_info to correctly reflect what the driver offers
added WDIOC_GETSTATUS, WDIOC_GETBOOTSTATUS and WDIOC_SETOPTIONS ioctls
